A Hightstown man and his two passengers were transported to the hospital by Paramedics with fractures Wednesday night after striking the retaining wall outside Washington Crossing State Park, police said.Police said Samuel Nappers Jr., 60, lost control of his vehicle when he tried to negotiate a curve on Route 29 at 11:57 p.m. Wednesday and struck the wall. The wall, which is part of the park, is made of up stones and is not one smooth surface, police said, and the impact of the car was intense enough to knock some of those stones loose
