Paul Colange, 39, was cutting floor molding in his mother-in-law's garage on Gena Drive just after 3:45 p.m., police said, when the power miter saw he was using sliced halfway into his forearm.
Hamilton township paramedics and EMT's were able to stabilize Colange at the scene before airlifting him out of nearby Veteran's Park to Cooper Trauma Center in Camden. Police say doctors there will try to stabilize Colange's arm before taking him to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia for full reattachment of the limb.
